Abstract Submission Guidelines
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Delegates who would like to present their work as a Poster presentation are now invited to submit a late breaking abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee.
Please refer to the instructions here below so as to ensure a smooth and successful abstract submission.
The corresponding topic must be selected (see list below) to ensure correct scoring of the abstract. The content of the abstract must be topic related. abstract submissions will be peer-reviewed and those that are accepted will be selected for Poster presentation. An abstract should not be submitted to the 11th Annual Meeting of the International Cytokine and Interferon Society if the full paper has been already published.
For standardization, the acceptable length of the abstract is of maximum 300 words. This does not includes the author details, abstract title and non-visible characters, such as spaces and line breaks. You may upload max. 1 supporting figure/graph/table (optional).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Abstracts can only be submitted online via the official online abstract submission form.
Abstracts sent by post or email will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.
The internet abstract submission system works best with Internet Explorer: 8.0 or higher, Firefox: 5.0 or higher, Chrome: 7 or higher, Apple Safari 5.1 or higher.
AFTER THE SUBMISSION
The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to scientific, translational or clinical value, relevance to Cytokines 2023, conclusions confirmed by objective results, objectivity of statements, originality of work and overall impression.
The submitting authors will be notified at the email address provided during submission whether their abstract has been accepted. Your notification will include the type of presentation and instructions on how to submit your presentation.
If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement, reflecting the reasons of this decision must be sent to [email protected] no later than 15 September 2023.
All abstract presenters must be registered and pay the appropriate registration fee no later than 15 September 2023.
Posters
will be organized by topic during three 90-minute poster sessions.
PUBLICATION
Accepted abstracts will be available on the Cytokines 2023 website and app 1 week prior to the start of the meeting.
